Meet Brad

Brad Konik joined Konik in 1997 upon graduating from Harvard University, where he distinguished himself as a scholar and an athlete, serving as the 100th captain of the hockey team. Before his tenure at Konik, Brad played professional hockey with the Providence Bruins, the minor league affiliate of the Boston Bruins. Assuming the role of Operations Manager in 1998, Brad swiftly ascended the ranks, ultimately acquiring the company from his father in 2000 and assuming the CEO role.

As CEO, Brad oversees client and employee relations while championing our core purpose: Positively impacting people’s lives. This ethos extends beyond the confines of our organization to encompass our clients, contract employees, candidates, community, and colleagues. He remains steadfast in his commitment to perpetuating his father’s legacy of fostering enduring client and employee partnerships.

Beyond his corporate endeavors, Brad actively contributes to the community as a board member of Hope4Youth and Avivo, non-profit organizations that combat youth and adult homelessness. Additionally, he has served as co-legislative director of the Minnesota Recruiting and Staffing Association, further demonstrating his dedication to advancing industry standards and best practices.

Brad and his wife, Erin, along with their two sons, reside in Lakeville, Minnesota, where they relish family time at their cabin and engage in recreational pursuits such as golfing, fishing, and boating.

If you could live anywhere for one year, where would it be and why?
Italy, because I’ve never been and I love wine, history, and the “old world.”

What is your taste in music?

What is one piece of advice you would give to a jobseeker?
